Forgot your email that is associated with your in-game account?
Your email address is listed in your account panel after you login here.

Forgot your password to your in-game account?
To find your password, you must reset it here. You will receive an email containing your new password.
You will need to know the following:
❖ Your Username
❖ Your Email Address associated with your in-game account (in-game/forum emails should be different for better security)
❖ The randomized Captcha code

Forgot your in-game account name?
You will need to submit a ticket in the PN Discord #help channel.
You will need to know the following:
❖ A single character name
❖ Your Email Address associated with your in-game account (in-game/forum emails should be different for better security)

Your email address is listed in your forum account settings after you sign in here.

Forgot your password to your forum account?
To find your password, you must reset it here. Select the Sign In tab toward the top right of your screen, and select the option "Forgot your password?"
You will need to know the following:
❖ Your Email Address associated with your forum account (in-game/forum emails should be different for better security)

Forgot your forum account name?
Your forum username is the email address associated with your forum account. Unfortunately, we need a more secure means of providing users with forgotten forum email addresses. For now, we won't be able to provide additional support to avoid handing out emails to illegitimate sources. Users must create a new forum account to continue using the PN forums.
